DWC Online handles your personal data with care. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
DWC Online, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 167951, is responsible for processing your data. Contact: maurice@dwc-online.co or info@dwc-online.com.
What we collect
When you fill out our questionnaire or email us, we process your name, email address, company details and the answers or message you send. If you become a client, we also process what we need for the project and for invoicing.
Why
- To reply to you and prepare your quote
- To build and run your website
- To invoice and meet legal record-keeping requirements
We never sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
We may contact businesses by email about our services. Every such email shows who we are and how to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Emails we send may contain a small tracking pixel that tells us whether an email was opened. You can block this by turning off images in your email program.
How long we keep it
Questionnaire answers and messages are kept for up to one year if no project follows. Invoices and records are kept as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only with services we need to run our business, such as our hosting provider (Netlify) and the services we use to send and receive email (Google, ImprovMX and Brevo). Some of these process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email maurice@dwc-online.co and we'll respond within four weeks. EU residents can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
